To make available to all Australians the world’s most effective internet-based clinical treatment programs (eTherapies) for the anxiety disorders.

Aims

  • To offer freely available comprehensive psycho-educational material about anxiety disorders
  • To develop and offer a suite of eTherapy programs (Anxiety Online) covering all the anxiety disorders and in both therapist-assisted and self-help forms:
    • Generalised Anxiety Disorder
    • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
    • Panic Disorder with or without Agoraphobia
    • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
    • Social Anxiety Disorder
  • To train postgraduate psychology students and clinical supervisors in the science and practice of eTherapy
  • To advance the science and practice of eTherapy internationally
